Shipping Info

NZ Shipping and delivery options:

All orders are sent with NZ Post and can ship to PO Box addresses, to avoid the rural surcharge.

If your address is in a Rural Delivery area, please use the RD option to cover the RD surcharge. I will no longer continue to subsidise RD charges and will contact you to arrange for payment prior to packing and sending orders to RD addresses if it has not been paid for at checkout. 

All orders have tracking numbers supplied.

If you live in Petone, Lower Hutt, or Wellington's northern suburbs (postcodes 5010, 5011, 5012, 5013, 5014, 5016, 5028, 6012, 6021, 6035, 6037), you can select the local delivery option, for which there is a $5 charge to contribute towards time and transport costs.

There's a free local pick-up option if you'd like to collect your order from Your Whole Dog's HQ in Horokiwi. If you are a training client, select this and I will deliver at our next appointment.

Australia:

If you're in Australia and wish to purchase any of the MediPaw items, please email me - annie@yourwholedog.co.nz - and I can invoice you.

In theory I should be able to add Australia as a shipping destination, but alas the time I did that it broke the shop and nobody in New Zealand could order. Ooops. So, whilst I try and figure it out, we do it the ol' fashioned way.
